1st Day
Pickup from the Colombo Airport drop off to your hotel in Negombo. According to your arrival our chauffeur guide will welcome you. Then you will be taken to the hotel in Negombo. After the long flight you can relax in the hotel and get charged for the next day. Overnight stay in Negombo.
2nd Day
Negombo to Anuradhapura.
In the morning you will be transfer to historical Anuradhapura. After the lunch you will be visiting the ancient Anuradhapura sacred city. You will visit Ruwanwalisaya, Jethawanaramaya, Abayagiriya, Bodi tree, Thuparamaya, Lovamahapaya, Twin Pond, Isurumuniya, Moon stone, Guard stone, Samadhi Buddha statue. Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
3rd Day
Anuradhapura to Trincomalee.
On the way visit Mihinthale Cradle of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. After the lunch visit the famous Koneshwaram Hindu Temple, The Dutch Fort and Fish market. Overnight stay in Trincomalee in a hotel which is close by the beautiful beach.
4th Day
In the morning you leave with the boat from Nilaveli beach to visit the Marine Life Park Pigeon Island. In this beautiful island you can snorkel and discover verities of coral fish, sharks and corals. On return you can enjoy and relax in the area of Nilaveli beach. Overnight stay in Trincomalee.
5th Day
Trincomalee to Habarana.
On the way visit the second ancient capital Polonnaruwa for its unmatchable architectural works. In Polonnaruwa you can visit Statue of Pulasthi, Pabalu wehera, Island Park, Manik wehera, Chamber Council, Rankoth wehera, Royal Palace, Lankathilaka, Prince Pond, Kiri wehera, Shiwa Temple, Gal wihara, Temple Complex of Relic tooth, Thiwanka Pilimageya. After lunch you will visit Minneriya National Park famous for its wild elephants. Overnight stay in Habarana.
6th Day
Today you will visit Sigiriya Lion Rock fortress. Make yourself ready to climb the steep stairs and getting to the top, once on the top, enjoy the gorgeous 360 degrees view. In the afternoon you will visit and experience the Sri Lankan village and farm life. Overnight stay in Habarana.
7th Day
Habarana to Kandy.
On the way to Kandy you will visit Dambulla Cave Temple and the Ayurvedic Herbal Garden. In the evening you will enjoy the live Cultural Dance Show. Close the day with a visit to the most important Buddhist relic, the golden roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth in Kandy and take a walk around Kandy Lake. Overnight stay in Kandy.
8th Day
After breakfast visit the largest and most impressive botanic garden in Sri Lanka, the Royal Botanical Garden. You proceed to visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. In the evening take a city walk in Kandy and take a rest at Kandy Lake. Overnight stay in Kandy.
9th Day
Kandy to Ella.
In the morning we proceed inland to the mountain country. On the way visit the tea factory and see tea making process and enjoy a nice cup of fresh natural tea and tea tasting. You are now ready for one of the best train adventures with some incredible views. You will proceed to Sri Lanka’s most panoramic train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Ella, a journey trough the clouds. On arrival in Ella railway station your guide will pick you up and take you to sightseeing in Ella. Overnight stay in Ella.
10th Day
Ella to Tissamaharama.
In the morning climb Little Adams Peak in Ella to enjoy the amazing landscape of the area. Proceed to hotel in Tissa. After your lunch get yourself ready for the famous Yala National Park safari searching for the big cat leopards, crocodiles, sloth bears, antelopes, spotted deer and elephants, water buffalo’s and many birds. Overnight stay in Tissa.
11th Day
Tissamaharama to Hikkaduwa.
Today you proceed to Hikkaduwa with nice views of the Indian Ocean sea coast and beatiful beaches. The rest of the day you can relax and enjoy the romantic beach in Hikkaduwa. Overnight stay in Hikkaduwa.
12th Day
Early morning proceed to Mirissa for whales and dolphins watching. After this amazing experience you will travel to Galle. After the lunch in Galle you can visit the city centre, Galle Dutch Fort, Colonial buildings, Museum, Stilt Fishing Fishermen. Overnight stay in Hikkaduwa.
13th Day
Hikkaduwa to Colombo Airport to catch you flight.
On the way to Colombo, have a great shopping experience in the Capital City. As per your flight time drop off to the airport. We hope you had a pleasant time in Sri Lanka and see you back the next time.
